We provide comfortable accommodation in our , twin and single rooms. All rooms have their own Cable TV/DVD and free wireless internet access. Tea and coffee making tray with bottled water is also provided. We have full central heating throughout, with electric fans for the warmer months. English spring water from the water cooler is available, free of charge.

The single en-suite room has a shower, hand basin and WC. The twin and single rooms have the use of a luxury bathroom with a shower cubicle. It has heated towel rail and under floor heating and a shaving point. Toiletries provided in both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, soaps and shower gel all for your convenience. All rooms have the use of their own fresh towels and dressing gowns. Hair dryers provided. If you forget your reading book, we have some of those too. All rooms are cleaned daily.

We have a secluded rear garden, which guests can relax in on those warm summer evenings.

We have excellent shopping facilities close by at The Galleria Outlet Centre in Hatfield, The Howard Centre and John Lewis in nearby Welwyn Garden City.  5 miles away is the historic city of St.Albans with its roman ruins and cathedral. St.Albans also has a large selection of shops, and a twice weekly market.
For history lovers - Hatfield House - the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth I, is well worth a visit.

For the golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses within easy reach. For a variety of sports facilities, we have Birchwood Leisure Centre , Hatfield Swim Centre and the University Sports Village, all within 1 mile. Nearby is Gosling Sports Park and Stanborough Water Sports Centre.

Local theatres can be found in Hatfield University, Campus West and The Barn Theatre - Welwyn Garden City.
